All applicants are subject to a workmanship and materials review on a home under construction or recently completed.

Annual Builder Membership Review
To maintain the quality of our Builder membership, NHWIC and ANHWP maintain a rigorous application process and regularly conducts disciplined reviews of each Builder Member’s performance and qualifications. The operational areas subject to review include technical achievement, warranty performance, customer satisfaction, business practices and resources, and financial performance.

Among the foremost considerations for membership renewal is the builder’s customer service record for each home built – from purchase to construction through to occupancy and the first year of ownership.
